English translation

Glück und Heil
May Fortune and health
Bleibe dein beständig Teil!
Remain your constant portion!
Grosßer Herzog, dein Vergnügen
Great leader, your contentment
Müsse wie die Palmen stehn,
Should stand straight as palm-trees
Die sich niemals niederbiegen,
That never are bowed down,
Sonder bis zum Wolken gehn!
But rather grow into the clouds!
So werden sich künftig bei stetem Gedeihen Die Deinen mit Lachen und Scherzen erfreuen.
Thus, in the future, with continued prosperity
Your followers will rejoice with laughter and play.
